The year was 1929, economic crisis in the New York Stock Exchange, and the Brazilian government in need of solutions not to waste or devalue the great coffee production of that year. It took almost 10 years of study until our specialist Max Morgenthaler and his team in Switzerland found the answer: a soluble coffee that preserved the natural flavor and aroma of coffee, made just by adding water to a cup!
