Zatarain's Reduced Sodium Dirty Rice, 8 oz

Rice is a major Louisiana crop and a kitchen staple. This beloved dish evolved as home cooks discovered that adding spices and leftover meat would yield rice that tastes a whole lot better - even if it looks a little “dirty.” Dirty rice is infused with flavors of onion and bell pepper. The dish is traditionally prepared with giblets, but Zatarain’s Reduced Sodium Dirty Rice Mix is delicious with ground beef, ground pork, ground turkey or any other meat of your choosing.
